Set up in 3 simple stages
The three-stage process has been designed with simplicity in mind and provides our investors with a clear road map and timeline from initial inquiry to licensing and registration.
Defining your project
First, you’ll need to scope out your project parameters and refine your business plan. This will require a preliminary technical assessment, a visit to the site, and the outlining of your requirements for land or ready-built industrial units.
Application & approval
Then, you’ll need to submit your application form and payment. Once approved, QFZA will allocate appropriate real estate for your project.
Register, leasing and licensing
Finally, the lease agreement is issued, signed and secured. At the same time, the registration and licensing process kicks off.
